使用時(shí)請(qǐng)注意遵守EN标準
2.外部光源
該産品未設置防止外部光源幹擾回路,請(qǐng)将接收器(qì)遠離外部光源幹擾
3.布接方式
和(hé)動力線、高(gāo)壓線等分開(kāi)布線,以避免由此造成的誤動作(zuò)或産品損壞
4.幹擾發生(shēng)源注意事項
若微型光電(diàn)傳感器(qì)周圍有(yǒu)機器(qì)産生(shēng)幹擾(開(kāi)關穩壓器(qì),電(diàn)機等),請(qǐng)将機器(qì)的屏蔽線F.G接地
5.焊接(直接焊在端子上(shàng))
直接焊接在端子上(shàng)時(shí)不要超過3秒(miǎo)(zui大(dà)溫度260℃).确認焊接時(shí)離端子根部1.5mm以上(shàng).
6.安裝
使用M3螺釘擰緊(zui大(dà)力矩0.49N·m(5.0kgf·cm).擰螺釘時(shí),請(qǐng)使用墊片(Φ6).請(qǐng)确認光電(diàn)傳感器(qì)收發光部分不與任何其他物體(tǐ)接觸.若該部分劃損時(shí),産品會(huì)發生(shēng)誤動作(zuò).
7.維護
若傳感器(qì)安裝在有(yǒu)許多(duō)灰塵或潮濕的環境中,請(qǐng)注意清潔接收器(qì),用幹布擦幹發射器(qì)和(hé)接收器(qì)，沾染灰塵會(huì)發生(shēng)誤動作(zuò)
8.其他
安裝傳感器(qì)時(shí)遠離:
易腐蝕性氣體(tǐ),油,灰塵,水(shuǐ)蒸汽,強酸強堿,強光 ※請(qǐng)注意遵守上(shàng)述說明(míng)以避免發生(shēng)誤動作(zuò)或損壞産品
